Served with black beans and rice.

Carne Asada Tampiquena - Thinly sliced marinated top sirloin grilled and topped with grilled chilies and onions and served with a cheese enchilada, guacamole, rice and beans.

Carnitas- Seasoned pork served in the traditional Mexican style, with Pico beans, guacamole, salsa fresca, onions and cilantro. Great wrapped in our hot, handmade tortillas!

Enchilada Rancheras- Two cheese enchiladas with ranchero sauce and salsa verde, topped with sour cream, served with guacamole, refried beans and rice.

Cheese Crisp Special- A crisp flour tortilla topped with refried beans, two kinds of beef or shredded chicken, melted cheese, avocado slices, tomato wedges, guacamole & sour cream. Still a favorite since 1971!

Tequila Lime Shrimp- Shrimp sauteed with tequila, lime, butter and seasoned with garlic, crushed chili and cilantro. Served on a bed of rice with our hot, handmade tortillas.

Grilled Chicken and Mango Quesadilla- A very tasty blend of seasoned, grilled chicken breast, Mango-Chipotle salsa and cheese, in one of our hot, handmade flour tortillas.

Chicken & Black Bean Tostada- A crisp chipotle tortilla topped with shredded, seasoned chicken, black beans, lettuce, tomato, olives, salsa ranchera and Mexican chile cheese.
